Sweet and sour sherry vinegar aged in oak casks.

Sherry Vinegar 8.45 fl oz (250ml)

Produced from sherry wines aged in the traditional Spanish solera system.

Description

Top quality vinegar produced in Salucar de Barrameda in Cádiz. This sweet sherry vinegar is aged in oak cask following the traditional “criaderas and solera” system used for sherry wines. Its color is dark mahogany and its aromas are sweet and sour with pungent aromas of sherry vinegar smoothed by the addition of a small portion of Pedro Ximénez natural sweet wine. This vinegar is ideal for use in dressings, salads, marinades, reductions, game dishes, fish and legumes.

Contains sulfites.
