This balsamic vinegar offers a bittersweet nose, is well-balanced with a long finish with aromas of fruit and wood. It is an ideal condiment to accompany salads or cooked vegetables, grilled meat, fish and seafood, cheeses, mushrooms and egg omelets.

All of their olives are extra virgin, cold extracted and pressed in their mill.
