A 100% natural, raw and vegan product, this unique oil is made by cold-smoking California Extra Virgin olive oil at 37°F which allows the olive oil to maintain its nutritional properties while adding a natural, rich smokey flavor of hichory and pecan. “It’s like liquid bacon that’s good for you!” and can be used in many dishes to create a “meaty” flavor without any animal products. Try it with hummus, a tomato caprese salad or pesto.
