An olive oil obtained by simultaneously crushing freshly-harvested olives together with wild thyme and rosemary freshly picked by hand from the sun-soaked Provence hillsides. The resulting oil has a seductive scent making it the quintessential oil for meat. This fruit juice has a very powerful aroma of fresh and herby garrigue notes. The flavor of thyme is most pronounced and is followed by the scent of rosemary. Use on all meats, for marinades, as a finishing oil, or drizzled on sizzling-hot cuts. Also terrific with lamb or goat's cheese.
