Each season a selection of olives is harvested in early November just before the olives begin to ripen. This unique monocultivar, organic extra virgin olive oil is extracted from Koutsourelia olives grown in Corinth, Greece. Sensitive to the health and nutritional high standards of consumers, the olives are picked by hand and cold extracted to preserve the beneficial organic substances of the olive oil. The resulting oil is unflitered, woderfully well-balanced and incredibly smooth and fruity, perfect to be served with fresh garden salads or on freshly toasted bread with a punch of oregano and a squeeze of lemon.
