Cold-extracted exclusively from Coratina variety olives grown on the Lucero Estate in Corning, California and recent Gold Award winner at the 2016 New York International Olive Oil Competition, this olive variety has a naturally robust intensity due to a high level of polyphenols. Lucero highlight this by keeping the style green with a grassy flavor and a touch of ripe cherry on the finish.
