L'ASPROMONTANO: The extra virgin olive oil produced by the Fazari Company is pressed from locally-grown Carolea and Ottobratica variety olives. The oil presents excellent aromatic notes of herbs, white apple and ripe tomato. Its taste is well-balanced, harmonious and elegant with notes of dry fruit and herbs with a pungent, sweet almond finish.
L'OTTOBRATICO: The Ottobratica variety, exclusive to the province of Reggio Calabria and found throughout the plain of Gioia Tauro and its surrounding hills, is so-called because its ideal point of maturation culminates in the month of October. Its aroma is delicately fruity, vigorous and persistent with notes of fresh herbs with a scent of wild cardoon and ripe golden apple. Its flavor is well-balanced with pronounced pungent and spicy notes with scents of field grass, green vegetables and herbs, finishing with a sweet almond aftertaste.
TERRA DI SAN MAURO ORGANIC: A wonderfully balanced blend of organically grown olives of Calabria, this extra virgin olive oil has a delicate fruity bouquet with hints of herbs, green apple and green tomato. The taste is delicate, fine and deliciously well-balanced.
