- ROBUSTO: Light green in color with hues of yellow, this robust extra virgin olive oil made from Coratina olives has an intense aroma of young almonds with a pleasantly bitter and peppery flavor with a finish of almond and artichoke. Ideal when used with roasted meats, grilled vegetables, full-flavored sauces and drizzled over bruschetta and pizza.
- FRUTTATO: This extra virgin olive oil is harvested from locally grown Coratina, Ogliarola and Peranzana olives during late October and mid-November when the olives are at just the right stage of maturity, producing an oil with a perfume of green olives, grass, and floral notes. Its flavor is well balanced, sweet and fruity providing an excellent oil for any dish, particularly raw vegetables, salads, and fish dishes.
- FRUTTATO ORGANIC: This organic extra virgin olive oil is obtained without the use of pesticides and fertilizers, using attentive care for the environment and nature by safeguarding the territory from which it is obtained. Obtained exclusively from Coratina and Peranzana olives and rich in healthy polyphenols, this oil is intensely fruity with a powerful vegetal aroma of artichoke, arugula and chicory, with hints of almond and rosemary. Its taste is strong and pungent with a definite flavor of garden vegetables and almond.
- BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA IGP: IGP certified balsamic vinegar of Modena aged in large wooden barrels; ideal for flavoring salads, soups and stews or using in marinades.
