COLLERUITA DOP COLLI ASISSI SPOLETO: Picked from the Moraiolo, Frantoio, and Leccino variety olives grown on the hills of Roviglieto and Scandolaro in Colli Assisi Spoleto. These carefully selected fruits give this typical Umbrian oil an intense lingering aroma of green olives and artichoke with a harmonious balance of pungent and peppery flavors. With its intriguing aroma, it is ideal for lentil or vegetable soups, tuna and swordfish carpaccio and enhances the taste of beef tagliata, barbecued lamb chops and vegetables au gratin. It is also the perfect oil for making an olive oil gelato and ice cream.
COSTA DEL RIPARO ORGANIC: Produced in accordance to the standards of organic farming and respect for the environment, this extra virgin olive oil is the perfect selection of olives grown on the rocky hillsides of the Viola estate located in the S. Eraclio di Foligno area of Umbria. Green with a golden hue, it has a fresh olive aroma and a medium fruity flavor with notes of artichoke and tomato. It is ideal with raw vegetable starters, bean salads, and drizzled over fresh-water fish as well as medium-mature cheeses. It is also the perfect oil used in desserts such as tarts, apple pies and chocolate cookies.
