Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at help@oliveoillovers.com. If your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label along with return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned with all seals intact

Opened or used products may still be reviewed upon return. Refund amounts for opened items will be determined based on the condition and remaining volume of the returned product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@oliveoillovers.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

For damaged items, please include:

  • A brief description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the interior packaging
  • Photos of the shipping box with the label visible

Any replacement items will be shipped using the same shipping method selected on the original order.

Fees & Exceptions

Orders placed in error, refused deliveries, or packages returned due to non-pickup may be subject to fees if returned within the 14-day return window.

  • A $9.95 restocking fee applies to exchanges, orders placed in error, refused deliveries, and unclaimed returns.
  • Opened or used products may be subject to a processing fee or partial refund based on the condition and remaining volume of the returned item.
  • If a return label is issued but tracking shows no movement within 14 days, the return request will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.

Refunds may also be issued as store credit upon request. There is no advantage or disadvantage to choosing store credit instead of the original payment method.

Approved exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
