Shipping policy

How we ship

Olive Oil Lovers ships throughout all 50 United States and the District of Columbia using trusted carriers including UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

All orders ship directly from our Northern New Jersey facility, where products are carefully stored and packed to help protect freshness and quality.

Most orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. During major promotions, holidays, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly extended as our team works to prepare every order with care.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in carrier fees, delays, returns, or rerouting charges that are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to reship affected orders until any applicable carrier fees have been paid.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@oliveoillovers.com

If your package has not yet left our fulfillment facility, we will gladly update the address at no additional charge.

While not required, we strongly prefer shipping to physical addresses rather than P.O. Boxes and may contact you to request one for logistical or carrier-related reasons.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to APO/FPO addresses. We are not responsible for packages forwarded by third-party international reshipping services after the initial delivery has been completed.

Estimated Standard Shipping Transit Times

Once shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (our Standard/Economy shipping options), estimated transit times are generally as follows:

2–3 Business Days
GA, IL, IN, KY, ME, MI, NC, NH, Northern NY, OH, SC, TN, VA, Western PA, WV

3–4 Business Days
AL, AR, FL, IA, KS, LA, MN, MO, MS, NE, Eastern TX, WI

4–5 Business Days
AK, AZ, CO, HI, ND, NM, OK, Southern CA, SD, Western TX

5–6 Business Days
Northern CA, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY

Expedited Shipping

If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping option during checkout.

UPS 3 Day Select
Approximately 3 business days in transit, plus pickup day.

UPS 2nd Day Air
Approximately 2 business days in transit for orders placed before 9:00 AM EST/EDT.

UPS Next Day Air
Approximately 1 business day in transit for orders placed before 9:00 AM EST/EDT.

Expedited transit times begin once the package has shipped and do not include order processing time.
