After spending years living in and traveling throughout the Mediterranean, we experienced firsthand how deeply fresh extra virgin olive oil is woven into everyday life and cuisine. From small family farms to renowned estates, we discovered oils with remarkable flavor, freshness, and character that were difficult to find in the United States at the time.
