Istriana

Istriana embodies Istria's rich Roman heritage and its unique olive-growing microclimate. The company uses organic methods to nurture more than 3,000 olive trees on their southern coastal estate in Istria, Croatia. The signature red bottles are made from local red earth and pay tribute to the ancient Roman practice of transporting olive oil in clay amphorae which were produced in southern Istrian villages. Each bottle reflects Istriana's hard work and dedication; it is hand-signed and numbered by the producer, encapsulating centuries of Istrian tradition.
