Great cherry tomatoes

"I simply LOVE these, they make everything taste better! Going to make pasta with them, the grilled artichokes and some other goodies, it will be mouth watering!!"

LINDA W. (5/5)

De Carlo semi dried cherry tomatoes

"I love dried tomatoes and these are on another level. Loved them"

Louis C. (5/5)

Great tomatoes, great oil!

"I'm familiar with this brand oils but it was my first time buying the tomatoes. Burst of intense juicy flavor in each bite. I'm never again going back to the sun-dried type. My video shows I even kept the oil to use it while sautéing veggies. The price of the product is completely fair when one takes into consideration the amount of "infused" De Carlo EVOO that can be used by itself."

Rosa D. (5/5)

A garnish and a flavor enhancer

"Here Bring out a zing to pasta, dishes, and salads, I like them on hand as a last-minute pick me up."

Nancy L. (5/5)

A must with every order

"Olive oil lovers offers two different brands of these tomatoes, this one is softer and sweet. Still I can't say one brand is better than the other, they're both great, just different. P. s. save the oil to marinade a steak."

Nick M. (5/5)

Sunshine in a jar

"These are absolutely superb. They are similar to sun-dried tomatoes but much moister and less salty. The tomato flavor is sweet and intense. They are wonderful in pasta dishes including cold pasta salads, and would also be a wonderful addition to bean and grain salads. I only wish they were less expensive but you get what you pay for. If you chop them up a little goes a long way."

David G. (5/5)

Sensory overload!!!

"Sweet savory tangy!"

Michael F. (5/5)

Amazing Pickled Tomotoes

"Never tasted such super tasty pickled and oiled tomotoes. It was sooooo flavorful that it changed our sphaghetti into a high end restaurant dish. We have not tasted such tomotoes ever. Just one suggestion. If the skin of the tomoto can be removed it will make this product even better."

Chandrika R. (5/5)

"The Grilled Artichokes and Fig Jam (Excellent with Goat Cheese) were Very Good !! The-Semi Dried Pomodorini was a Big Hit !!!"

Tony D. (5/5)

Q&A

MADE FOR YOU BY

De Carlo

The De Carlo family heritage of the magnificent olives cultivated in their groves can be found in the oldest documents in the archives of Bitritto that date as far back as the 16th century. Today the De Carlo family still produces prized, exclusive oil on its farm in the famous Conca Barese in the Bitritto area. In the 1980s the De Carlos decided to promote the fine quality of their oil by making it known around the world with the firm belief that the development of the company was not incompatible with the long tradition implicit in the De Carlo name.

Today the family uses the most advanced technology while still preserving its traditional, artisanal origins. The new generation, who all share the same passion inherited from their parents, have developed a company policy focused on a short supply chain (most of the raw materials come from their own fields), top quality, great flavor and the very highest levels of customer satisfaction.
