100% Giarraffa extra virgin olive oil, hand-harvested from mid-September to October and immediately crushed in Mandranova’s on-site mill in the heart of Sicily.

Delicately fruity with characteristic aromas of apricot and dried fruit, complemented by fresh basil and lettuce notes. On the palate, lightly sweet with a mild, pleasant bitterness and a gentle peppery finish — refined and approachable from first pour to last.

The olives are harvested by hand from mid-September to October and immediately crushed in their own on-site mill. An accurate control process of each stage of production yields a product of the highest quality, continually recognized by prestigious awards throughout Italy and across the globe.
