Cold extracted from organically grown, hand-picked olives in the renowned San Polo area of Chianti, this organic extra virgin olive oil is medium-light fruity with balanced notes of fruit and sweet vegetables, and aromas of pumpkin, basil and fennel. Its flavor is accompanied by notes of olive with a slight spicy, white pepper finish.
