Two Hundred Years of Coratina Excellence
Crafted from 200-year-old Coratina trees on the Sabino Leone estate in Canosa di Puglia, this extra virgin olive oil captures one of Italy’s most powerful varieties at its most authentic.
On the nose, it opens with vibrant green fruitiness — prominent green almond and artichoke stem, layered with tomato vine, medicinal herbs, and a hint of wild chicory. On the palate, deep, structured bitterness and vivid pungency give way to a long, warming pepper finish with lingering bitter almond notes.
Best enjoyed raw as a finishing oil — drizzle generously over grilled meats, legume soups, bitter greens, aged cheese, or pizza to let its full bold complexity come alive.
