Extreme Coratina from Two Centuries of Tradition
Single-variety extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from Coratina olives grown at the Sabino Leone estate in Canosa di Puglia — where 200-year-old trees produce one of Puglia's most characterful expressions.
Boldly expressive on the nose: fresh artichoke leads into vivid aromas of freshly cut grass, tomato vine, and green herbs, with a clean almond note. On the palate, well-structured bitterness gives way to a persistent, powerfully peppery finish — the unmistakable signature of great Coratina at peak harvest.
High phenolic content and very low acidity make this a serious finishing oil. Drizzle generously over legume soups, grilled meats, aged cheeses, and bruschetta — or reach for it whenever bold Pugliese character is called for.
