The name 'La Patraun' is derived from 'Mistress,' or the countryside woman who, like the olive tree, naturally fits among the rambling fields and rolling hills.

The artisan production gives the Peranzana oil a distinctive grace, highlighted by its fruity aromas of tomato, artichoke and cardoon leaf. The artichoke flavor prevails on the tongue, accompanied by the perfect balance of bitter and spice.
