Great Olive Oil!
"Honestly, this olive oil ruined all my other olive oils for me. The smell alone is incredible — fresh grass, artichoke, a little green almond. It starts smooth, then hits you with this warm, peppery kick at the back of the throat that just lingers in the best way. I've been pouring it over everything — crusty bread, white beans, grilled steak. It's the kind of oil you don't want to cook with because you'd rather save it for finishing. Yes, it's pricier than what you'd grab at the grocery store. But once you try it, you get it. Highly recommend."
