Created from the best selection of Pedro Ximénez sweet grapes which are air-dried to increase sugar content before under going the 12 year process of acidification, maturation and aging. Thanks to its transparency, the color of your foods are never altered, and its extraordinary flavor makes it a truly unique condiment.
