Created from the best selection of Pedro Ximénez sweet grapes which are air-dried to increase sugar content before under going the 12 year process of acidification, maturation and aging. Thanks to its transparency, the color of your foods are never altered, and its extraordinary flavor makes it a truly unique condiment. Try with Full Moon EVOO to create an exquisite dressing for salads, gazpacho, seafood, tomatoes, sauces, grilled meats and fish.
