Crafted by Mazzetti, it adheres to a time-honored recipe that has remained unchanged for over three decades. The precise blending of ingredients and the gradual refinement within wooden barrels result in a velvety, full-bodied product characterized by an intense, sweet flavor and a captivating aroma. In addition Mazzetti has embraced the philosophy of AIB, the Association of Italian Balsamic Tasters, which uses the Leaf System to classify the vinegar based on chemical and sensory analysis of each production lot.
