A transparent balsamic-style vinegar obtained exclusively from the must of Pedro Ximenéz grapes which come from an exclusive variety of vine and aged for 5 to 10 years in American Oak barrels using the system of Criaderas and Soleras. Not only does this transparent vinegar add fantastic flavor, but it does not darken the color of the food. This vinegar has a very mild, bitter-sweet flavor with an intense aroma. It is ideal for meat, seafood, cheeses, salads, fruit and ice creams.
