Sherry Vinegar 6.76 fl oz (200ml)

Produced from sherry wines aged in the traditional Spanish solera system.

Description

Top quality vinegar aged in oak cask following the traditional “criaderas and solera” system used for sherry wines for a minimum of 10 years. The color is dark mahogany with the amber tones and intensity of ageing. The aroma is intense and sharp with notes of toasted balsamic and aged Oloroso wine. Its flavor is sharp yet well-balanced and rounded with a long-lasting, elegant finish. This vinegar is perfect for seasoning, marinating and sauce reductions. Suggested food pairing are salads, clams, meats and game, artichokes and fruits.
