Produced by Aecovi-Jerez

Aromatic sherry vinegar from the south of Spain.

Sherry Vinegar 8.45 fl oz (250ml)

Produced from sherry wines aged in the traditional Spanish solera system.

Description

Top quality vinegar produced in Salucar de Barrameda in Cádiz. This sweet sherry vinegar is aged in oak cask following the traditional “criaderas and solera” system used for sherry wines. Its color is amber, clean and shining with intense, sharp aromas of raisin, plum, and prune with a touch of wood incense. Its flavor is sweet and sour and extraordinarily aromatic. Use this vinegar as a subtle condiment or as a substitute of balsamic. It is especially recommended for fish, seafood dishes and desserts.

Contains sulfites.
