Description

The De Carlo artichokes are grown in the Brindisi area of Puglia and are processed just a few hours after harvest with only the most tender parts selected and preserved in extra virgin olive oil. These artichokes make an excellent appetizer on their own or can be added to pastas, pizza and roasts. The precious oil left over when you're finished is naturally infused with artichoke flavor.

Ingredients and Allergens: 70% Artichokes, 28% Extra virgin olive oil, Garlic, Mint, Salt, Chili pepper, White wine vinegar.
